By using Salesflower.com ‘Salesflower’ you agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement. All Salesflower customers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.



All new subscriptions are annual and include a 3-day moneyback guarantee. At the end of each 12-month term, the subscription will automatically renew, unless Customer cancels at least 7 days prior to renewal date.

Salesflower (“Company”) may change the price of the product upon annual renewal. Customer will be notified of price increases by email.


Customer authorizes the Company to charge an authorized payment method (the “Payment Method”) for yearly subscription fees. Recurring payments will automatically be drafted from the Payment Method.

Yearly subscription payments are made in one payment at the beginning of the subscription term.


Month to Month Contract, Cancel Anytime

Salesflower will continue to honor month-to-month contracts with slight increases in pricing, not more than once per year. Customer will be notified of price changes by email.

Once monthly subscription is cancelled it may not be renewed. All new subscriptions will be annual subscriptions at the standard annual subscription price.


To cancel a subscription, call Customer Service at 855.575.0101 from 8am to 5pm CST or email support@salesflower.com.

Salesflower reserves the right to terminate subscription if the product is misused, or for any reason, a Payment Method is cancelled, terminated, or declined. Multiple instances of simultaneous usage from more than one location, sharing your account, or non-human data searching will result in the suspension or cancellation of your account. Company reserves the right to terminate service with no refund, if, after notification, Customer does not immediately cure the misuse. Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer’s responsibility to determine the applicability of, and use the Platform in compliance with, all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Data provided by the Company is compiled information from publicly available sources, accuracy of which cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, all databases are provided as-is without warrantees of any kind. The Company also acknowledges that despite genuine efforts, its employees may make mistakes from time to time. Subscription is for the private use of the customer. Customer agrees not to license, resell or share the data purchased with any other party or to use it for any competitive comparison.
